I just don't want to be behind one on the highway when it starts coming apart like a two dollar watch!

Theresa are you cutting out diamonds or are you turning the squares sideways to make a diamond pattern?

One of my dads smudged ruins was to just have one black tank and drain everything into it. This was common he says back in the day. In the end I have decided on a black tank that sits inside the trailer under a step in the bathroom. They have low toilets to work with this. Then I am having a grey water tank custom built while the trailer is down to the frame. I will make it as big and long as will fit in the space between the frame pieces. I'm hopping to bring the outlets out just behind the axel which will give me the most clearance I will get in this trailer

My husband wishes that $1000s of dollars in accessories was an exaggeration ... But it's not. I have been collecting for a few years even before I found my camper, I am outfitting it like a retro museum on wheels and we are going to get a vintage toe vehicle and do car shows. Some people drink, some gamble, some go on multiple cruises... I collect retro accessories. I will be purging once my trailer is finished and dressed and bringing the extras to my first big rally.

Tramping is when you own a vintage trailer, dress like a floozy, and invite unsuspecting men in for "snacks". Or when your a homeless hobo after an encounter with above mentioned woman. Lol

We have a simple plan in that we are going to store it inside our dealership as eye candy... Lots of alarms on the building and police are pretty quick. My bigger concern is during travel and after looking at all the options I have decided to use a gps. $ 100 per year to monitor which is peanuts compared to what I have poured into this thing

Ok ... Time for an actual "Glamper" to speak up. I am a minority in this site but I take it with my chin up because I'm also into doing a very high quality restoration. If you want to Glamp up your trailer choose a Color or theme and add accessories, curtains and bedding in that colour. It's also great if you can get some true vintage accessories from the 50s and 60s as they are always a hit. I have invested several thousand dollars in true vintage accessories. As for a party, I like your idea of drinks and appetizers to show her off. Make up a mid century drink menu and set up cocktails on a tray with vintage glassware. Serve mid century appetizers like chips and dip in a vintage bowl, and any other vintage recipes you come up with. Dress in a 1950s dress with an apron... Have fun!! Ok fellow serious restorers... Just a heads up that the Lady Wendolyn is going to entertain you all with the same party just described at next years riverbend rally... It's looking like I'll be done by then. Please smile and enjoy my fantasy while at the same time noting that my restoration is era correct

That's the only part I don't like. I personally like a large sofa area besides the sonnets that converts to a bed. Although in my big trailer we do have a queen bed ready to go, and a sofa. but in a tiny trailer I would want a convertible sofa/ large bed I think

At the upholstery wholesaler they sell a tuberoses back lining called hotel blackout. Not only does it block the light completely when closed it has an R value rating because it insulates and drops the temperature by 60-80 when closed on a hot day. It sells for about $5.00 yard. Comes in cream and white.
