That's really great. I'm afraid of how much stuff I'd collect if I had a "shed" like that. Stuff is like a gas - it expands to fill the container!

Very nice looking trailer.
We're new to this, too, and have said "what have we done" more than once. But it gets better, really! They're not too complicated once you start to see how things are done. And the help around here is GREAT!
Don't be afraid and enjoy the ride.

NOS => New Old Stock. Unused original parts, often still in the original box.

Thanks again for sharing your experience Vikx. The Compact is our first trailer and we're trying to do it well.
Putty tape and a little self-leveling Dicor will be used on our vent.

This is useful info for us newcomers! Thanks.
But now I have a question. From Vikx post, I see that roof vents get Dicor Self-Leveling Lap Sealant, in addition to putty tape. Always? Putty isn't enough?
And Dicor also has a non sag lap sealant - that's the wrong stuff?
I have a new roof vent going in one of these days (_after_ Lula Belle comes out of the garage) and I don't want to violate the no goop rule.

I'm finding that gray a little harsh. How about this, to blend the gray and blue together a bit. Nevamar Vanish Vava. I found it from the Nevamar link in Soup's post.

Thanks Bigbill. I was going to try the HF battery that Mobiltec has been using, and it's even better if it's on sale!

Lula Belle (the Compact) will be there, with NewMexicoGal, Yas, and the Scotties. We're going, even if we haven't gotten her painted by then.

One more note from me: I'm going to keep the original table for my Airflyte, and probably make a second birch one. I'm not going to destroy the original - tables are easy to make.

That was me at $151 ... Then I had to go to sleep, about an hour before the end of the auction. It was one of the best looking ones I've seen.

I want to do one that looks like this: Birch-faced plywood and polyurethane. This is from the 1950 Terry Rambler that has a thread in the for sale section.
