My first trailer is named Miss Liberty for the freedom of the open road. The second trailer was named by my kids who kept it in the same theme with Captain America.

1. Billy Gene, named after my Dad who worked on it and is probably more proud of it than me. 2. Proud Mary, she survived 2 floods on the river. 3. Bessie, lived on a cattle ranch/company most of her life. Haven't decided on my Lakewood, she was such a mess I have to find the perfect one!!

My Lakewood doesn't have the anchor cutouts but was thinking of a good "sailor" type name. Thought about Brandy, but not sure my oldest daughter wants a trailer named after her!!!!

I named our 65 Shasta Compact "Stu" because when I went to the DMV to get a license plate the first three letters on the plate were STU.

HamLET - because he's too small to be a full "canned ham". Also, he's like a hamlet - a very small settlement. And because we love Shakespeare, "Hamlet", and the red tow vehicle is "Rosencrantz".

My 1966 Zipper is "Zippy", my 1961 Trotwood is "Woody", not very original, but appropriate

All my trailers I have owned were in various states of disrepair. To give each some self esteem, I named each like a beauty queen depending on the date they were born (produced) and the location I purchased each. I had a 1938 Hayes named Miss Texas 1938. A 1950 Travelo named Miss Maine 1950. A 1952 Silver Streak Clipper named Miss Mississippi 1952. A 1959 Shasta Airflyte named Miss Mississippi Delta 1959 and a 1961 Shasta Compact named Miss Alabama 1961 .

1st camper was Lola, a 1960 Shasta Airflyte.... Shasta Cola, Lola, corny, but it fits her 2nd camper was Pearl, a 1962 Mobil Scout...we picked her up on the coast of Maine and picked seashells the night before, and my plan is to paint her a pearlescent white 3rd camper is Louis aka Lucifer, a 1972 Dutch Craft...he's a boy because he's dirty. I found a plethora of Louis Lamour (sp) novels in it from the previous owner, but it evolved to Lucifer because he's just evil, I get a bad feeling every time I step a foot in him. He's on the "maybe" side of our property, stuck way in the back.
