My first trailer is named Miss Liberty for the freedom of the open road. The second trailer was named by my kids who kept it in the same theme with Captain America. I wondered about the explanation for your trailer names and never asked LOL. Now I know.
I named my Kenskill Kenny. Other than that they are all named P.I.T.A.

That's funny, growing up, I had a little 8 foot speed boat that was on top of my parents' boat as a dinghy. We had to use a wench to lift it up and swing it over, then lower it into the water, with a reverse process to lift it back up out of the water after it was used. My dad named it P.I.T.A. because he hated every time I wanted to take that boat out!

1st camper was Lola, a 1960 Shasta Airflyte.... Shasta Cola, Lola, corny, but it fits her 2nd camper was Pearl, a 1962 Mobil Scout...we picked her up on the coast of Maine and picked seashells the night before, and my plan is to paint her a pearlescent white 3rd camper is Louis aka Lucifer, a 1972 Dutch Craft...he's a boy because he's dirty. I found a plethora of Louis Lamour (sp) novels in it from the previous owner, but it evolved to Lucifer because he's just evil, I get a bad feeling every time I step a foot in him. He's on the "maybe" side of our property, stuck way in the back. Theresa. If you are not familiar with Louis L'amour westerns, please do not start reading those ones you found. I picked one up while very bored on an off-shore drill ship and by the time I was done with L'amour, I had read every book he wrote. You can lose a lot of time you could be working on Lucifer if you get into L'amour. On the up side, you might start liking Him (Lucifer) for the introduction to some fun reading.

My grandmother used to read them all the time. I've seen them before, just not my preferred genre. The ones I tossed I had a hard time touching even with gloves on, haha! I most definitely didn't keep them. And fortunately (or unfortunately) between my full-time job, my part-time job (photography) and my hobbies, I don't have nearly as much time for reading anymore as I'd like.

I purchased my 1966 Aristocrat Land Commander in 1986. I really didn't think to name her until I went to the 1997 Lilith Fair at the Gorge in WA state. I towed the ALC to the concert to camp in, with a group of friends and they immediately called her The Lilith Commander. It stuck ever since. I now just call her The Lilith.

We don't have a name yet so we call our trailer the ham. When folks at work ask on Friday what we're doing this weekend, we're hamming it or working on the ham or busy with hammage.
The first week we brought home our "little" project I was thinking about the name, "June Bug", since the original owners name was June and we found june bugs not long before finding our trailer. But the name hasn't stuck.

I named our 65 Shasta Compact "Stu" because when I went to the DMV to get a license plate the first three letters on the plate were STU. Like Jeff, I named my Westerner, Andy based on the license plate that was newly assigned when he was registered. The first three digits were 4ND which turned into For Andy. Pix include his little friends Buzz and Woody from Toy Story. cheers, Rod

We have a 59 Shasta, and had names that didn't stick as well. Example, "Spooner" as the only item we found in the ol girl was a spoon. Some others that just seemed forced. Then last year she got hit by a hail storm, and it was easy after that.
"Hail Mary"

The day the music died was many years before my husband and I were born. Our 58 Shasta is named Donna in honor of Ritchie Valen's girlfriend honored in the song.
