62, you can click "like" again to remove it... At least it works for me.
Sorry about the Forester, Wayne.

I have seen a previous ad with just these two campers indicating they will be at the flea market for consideration and the seller had "tentative" prices of $2500 and $3200 if I recall. Whatever they were they were very optimistic for what appears imho to be one $500 camper and maybe one $650 camper at most. Just one person's opinion though.

A lot of folks are looking at the old rotting camper that they haven't used in decades and hoping they have a gold mine in the back yard. The 64 in Ill. is pushing my outer limit on age. I'm looking for about 62 as my cutoff, or older. I'm not too crazy about the shape either but I guess the right paint job could go a long way.
What I'm looking for the most is like the Richardson or the Fan in shape. Yellowstone, Fan, Terry,Bowls Aero. Several others all had a similar shaped trailer often with two doors on the curb side. Late 50's to about 64 maybe. I've found two now, about 19', ( perfect) but lost both before I could make a deal or get to them because of distance. I emailed the guy with the Richardson and that one is a 29' trailer, way too long for my needs. His wife wants to sell an airstream they have and keep that for themselves anyway. His price reflected too much attachment to it too. Maybe $4800 for "that size" is OK though. $7300 was way out there. This is turning out to be harder than I thought. Wayne
One more thing on pricing, I noticed that very cool Spartan on ebay for $85,000 is now dropped to $30,000.

A little modern, not quite what I'm looking for, but a nice trailer and a realistic price. There is a 25' Fan in Michigan for the same price, but the trip is just too expensive and it wouldn't be much of a vacation straight up and back with a trailer. 1300 miles from Houston.

I'm calling on it - looks like my 56 Shasta 1500 which is missing the front benches to the dinette (probably because the floor there is missing also!) - wonder what they consider to be "reasonable" for price. Requesting more pics. T - are you sure you don't want it? Then we could be tied at 5 each.

I hope one of you two are able to buy it. I think those Shastas are the best shape, followed very closely by the shape of the canned ham shaped Compact! No matter how saggy the skins are, that camper can be and deserves to be rebuilt. Good Luck!

I agree. hard to tell from the pictures if the front window is missing - that could be an issue. But I love everything about this age trailer, especially if it has the gravity feed water tank above the sink.

All there but the vent had blown open so ruined interior. I can't even say how cheap he is letting it go, without feeling a bit guilty.
