Thanks for taking us along on the ride, however, I'm glad it was virtual. So glad you made it home safely!

Thanks everyone for the support. It took me two days to recover from the trip.
Three observations...
Traveling without my wife is much more work.
Traveling without our restored vintage camper behind me is much more work.
Traveling to retrieve a vintage camper is great fun even with tornadoes, floods, hail and falling trees crushing my tent.
My wife says three is the limit. But if we get rid of one of the flowerbeds I can fit at least one more!
My wife takes some beautiful photos in the yard this time of year and another trip like this one might finish me off. So maybe the flowerbed can stay.

NC,
Your wife takes very nice pictures. You should share them somewhere.
Glad to have you back.

I think you need to compete with me. I have 4 Shasta's and am always looking for a Shasta Compact to restore.

The one thing to remember, It is always easier to ask for forgiveness then for permission.

The one thing to remember, It is always easier to ask for forgiveness then for permission. Ask for forgiveness and they might say no, ask for permission and they'll definitely say no.
