Pete, thanks for taking the bull by the horns and setting this up. I think you picked a great time, too. I haven't booked, yet but I think I can make this one.

I just booked C12. If I get my act together, I think we will have our 1962 Shasta Compact this trip. Otherwise, we will have our 1962 Forester.
Thanks for setting it up.

ladywendolyn, 350 Miles - 564 Km 5 hours 31 mins 65callie Do we have a certain loop? I'm going to try to book that corner where I was last year. For those who have never been, just let me say that it's quite a hike to the bath house from the very back loop.

People who have reserved are all in the C loop so far. This area is close to the restrooms. C2,3,4,5,6,8,&12 are booked so far that I know of. The areas reserved for the rally are C2-C17, A1-A7, and A21,22,23. C2-12 are on the river. A1-7 face the C sites but are not riverfront. A21-23 would place you away from the main rally area. Campground map: www.riverbendcamping.com/fullmap.htmlThe Facebook page for the rally is public so you should be able to view the latest news without a FB profile if you don't have one. facebook.com/events/909733335752641/

When you book a site, please let Pete know who is coming, how many, and what year and make your camper is. Pete Whitley, via Facebook, email(pete_whitley@yahoo.com), or phone(678-378-3725).

I know of 2 rallies. The Panama City Beach Rally the 1st weekend of May, and the Linville Falls Rally the 1st weekend in June.
Do you know where I can find info about the rally in Linville? Our camper should actually be ready then!

Do you know where I can find info about the rally in Linville? Our camper should actually be ready then! Look on the TCT website. They're listed at the very bottom of the gatherings and rallies page. There is one in May and one in October. Hopefully, my camper will be ready before October, so I can attend that one.

Wonder how many are from our forum? 3 regular forum members: me, nccamper and colagirl. There are at least 5 more who don't post regularly going (Doug, Pete, Kristi, Ken, Nancy).

pathfinder , where were we last year? I thought we were in C loop but now I'm thinking it was B. I know it was a trek to the bathhouse but liked that little back corner. I'm about to book my spot.

We were in the "B" loop.. I think that you were in B25,26 or 7.. That was the corner that started to sweep up against the woods. It was a hike to the bathhouse but I liked that area too. There is nothing different about either place I guess. We just got back last night for Tybee Island. MAN!! I have never seen so many old trailers together. It was fun.. Nice people, nice trailers.... We were swimming in the ocean yesterday at 1:00 and had to stop and change clothes on the way home.. LOL.. 88 degrees to 50 degrees in a matter of 3 hours.. It was a haul down there from Greensboro 5 -1/2 hours.. UGH! I wanna go down and hang out with all of you.... I just gotta work it out. I am ready for a Dutch oven cook off and some Guitar playing!!
