I live outside Brevard, about 2 hours away from Linville Falls. My camper is currently being restored as well, but not by me.
Brevard is a nice town. You can camp in your backyard. |

Brevard is a nice town. You can camp in your backyard. There are several nice campgrounds near enough to me to be considered 'backyard'.

Why don't we pick a weekend and see if the campground has it available and then see what kind of commitments we can get.

May 8th-10 good for me, Just throwing that out there. That should work for us too. We could do a casual get together rather than a true rally if that would be easier for people. Hubby and I want to camp there sometime this spring anyway. Great campground for kayaking and fishing. |

I think an informal get together would be great, but now I'm not sure I should make a commitment. I don't have anything else planned for that weekend but I have a sick granddaughter and right now we are just waiting for some answers and praying it's what we want to hear. It's possible everything will be fine by May but we are living with a lot of uncertainty right now.

I think that May 8-10th weekend might work for us. I'm really sorry I'm swamped at work and home right now. If someone else can handle the organizing for this year we won't be offended and will do our best to be there.
