The Database shows it's either a very late 1965 or early 1966. It was built at Shasta's Leola, Pennsylvania (plant #3) which opened in 1963
Unfortunately many models were produced at this plant so it's impossible to know for sure. The closest to that vin number was an Airflyte.

So the interesting thing is that from what I gathered the Airflyte didn't come with a shower in the water closet as an option, but this one does so I thought maybe it was a 16SC or a Starflyte but I'm so green to this it's not even funny! My wife's grandmother has owned this since 1989 so maybe the shower was added prior to her acquiring it. Did these things all essentially have the shower pan in the water closet allowing the owner to easily add it at a later date? Also you should make this database public, after scrubbing personal data from it of course!

I’ve never heard of Shasta adding the plumbing for a bathroom that wasn’t installed. If you have photos of the inside, create a new thread under The Shasta section and people will probably tell you what model it is.
The database is built vin by vin based on the information provided. It grows and improves because we’re collecting data as we go. If we just published what we had it would never improve because almost nobody would provide the information.

Ross, We recently acquired a Shasta trailer and are in the process of identifying it's year and model. From the poking around I've done, I believe it to be a 1966 19' Super. VIN is W2826. The trailer is 16' on the square, 19' to the tongue. Rear trunk, solid fiberglass rockguard on the front. Propane fridge, large shower and toilet. Orange swoosh down the sides. Don't have pictures at the moment, but can take some and post if necessary. Let me know your thoughts.

It is indeed a 1966 Super 19 built at the Battle Ground WA plant #5. The plant was opened in late 1966 and your camper was one of the first off the line.

Thank you for all the info! I have done more scouring and I have determined that my Shasta is an 18' Super. I hope that helps the database!
