Yes, an Airflyte. It is in poor condition... it was FREE... Hah! The most money Ive ever spent was on a FREE vintage boat. We own a Bar, and my wife has aquired a catering license, we will be converting whats left of the ol Shasta into a mobile Bar, to use at off site hosted events. I hope to give it a new life on the road. Thanks for the info. Cy

Hi Ross,
My wife and I just purchased our first Shasta!
What we know: Shasta Compact VIN# P2086
What we do not know: Year
We were told it was a 1962 by the previous owners but then we google searched its previous-previous-owner who used it as a mobile snow cone buisness and they have it as a 1964...
Any help would be appreciated and feel free to add our VIN to your database.
Thanks! mark

Thanks Mark. Your Shasta Compact was born in 1964, probably mid year.

Hi, we recently bought a 1968 (we were told 1968) Shasta, and I just found the VIN#. Based on pictures I've found, I think it's newer. Can you identify year and model? P27823. Thanks.

Hey Karen, Thanks for your Shasta's vin#. It is actually a 1974 Shasta. No way to tell what model you have without a picture. The Pennsylvania plant was producing all models, from the time they opened in 1963 till the time they closed, some time in the mid to late 1970's.
Would love to know what model you have, Karen.

C would make it a 1956 V would make it a 1961 P would make it a 1967 Please let me know which one it is. Can't wait to see a picture of your baby!

This is the camper I am in the process of rebuilding. I believe it is a 1967 Shasta correct me if I'm wrong the Vin number appears to be P9926. Can you tell me what model this is? and is it a 1967? Looks like this will be a fun winter project. I manage to fit it in my garage. I was told that the axle as been replace whit a truck axle however it appears to have electric brake the wheels are 15 ". Thank You Real

Hi there! I have a Shasta Airflyte, but no idea what the age is. Judging by the license plate I would say between 63-69. The VIN on the passenger side of the tongue reads: C4 S 14516. Please help if you can! I would greatly appreciate it! Gonna start restoring her soon!

Thank you for the vin#, Real.
Looks like you have a 1968 (probably built mid year) Shasta 1500. The outside looks to be in good shape. Have fun the winter!
