1946 with a title…nice.
It’s a shame about the skin damage.

It says the listing is expired. I was interested but my wife says I can't go that far from home again.

It's BAAAACK! Well, the Curtis Wright trailer that I found over two weeks ago is back on CL and the asking price is $400 lower. This time with a lot of pictures. It’s for sale in Sutherlin, Oregon on the Seattle, Washington Craigslist. Sutherlin is actually closer to Eugene, Oregon, but I guess the seller figured the market was bigger in Seattle. Ad was renewed two days ago. I actually am not drawn to this trailer. Just falls flat for me and on my Neato Meter, it's a 1 out of 10. even though it's one of the early trailers. Do any of the windows open besides the front and rear? I think it’s way overpriced for what it is. But that’s just me. You can see interior and exterior images in this album I set up. I posted some pix here, but the rest are in an album link below. Here is the text of the CL ad: Barn find, ready for a complete restoration. We have a Clear Title from the owner who has had it since 1974. Body is complete but has a few areas of damaged skin as can be seen in the photos. Still has most of the original cabinets, ice box, and stove-oven, sink...but ready for a redo! This will need to be picked up and hauled on a trailer. Located in Sutherlin, Oregon

For some reason I like this camper. So as for the neat meter I think it is 9 out of 10 and wouldn't mind building one but again the price is so high and this isn't an easy rebuild from what I can see from other sites. It is worth saving for sure. 2000 miles out is just to0 far for me but it seems like these only so up in the west. For some reason craigslist is blocking me from getting to the listing so will have to try again later.

It’s only 2600 miles from me. These never come up in actual America.

Hi Friends, The seller appears to do good work. Surprisingly, IMHO, the modern window replacement worked out well. Black framed modern windows would have ruined it. I like the simple brushed aluminum look. I don't know if I like the paint scheme. Different, but okay I guess. I wish the seller had made the entire trailer that color green which I like. Maybe a simple strip down the belt line and it would have been more attractive. The trailer shows what can be done with the trailer. I have a bad case of shop envy. BTW, trailer that started off this thread now has an asking price of $2,000 - down from the original $3,200. Cheers, Rod

I hope the seller with the trailer that started the thread keeps coming down.
