Hallo Woodworker! I think you've got a great trailer/camper which is amazingly unmolested. You can make it a major re-construction project if you like to tinker for the sake of tinkering or you can restore it and keep the originality and preserve resale value. I'm new to the hobby and I also got a free 13' trailer but I will keep as much of it original as possible. It is said in the vintage car and boat hobbies, "it is only original...once".

Just some updates. Trailer turnd completely down in four days with help from my son. Frame was sanded and painted. Fabricated a new floor using exact measurements.
Today jointed tree plywood together for one side wall.
The finish vinyl floor not glued yet as I use the floor frame I built as a work table laying down on top of my trailer. It save my back as I work.
Was so busy last days, so didn't uploaded pictures as it isn't easy task. Tomorrow planning to cut the side wall using the template wall I saved.
Actually, surprisingly for me, I really enjoying during working on this project!
If someone interested, can upload some videos to my youtube channel.

Alex,
NICE job! Way to go on your blistering progress! Nice use of the ratchet strap and the 2 x 4 to achieve tension.
You should upload the videos because there will be other folks who could benefit from it, not just through VTT but also from folks scanning Youtube.
Keep it up!

I Approve! For those radius bends in the ceiling use two layers of paneling. One 1/8 inch birch or what ever you want, and one 1/8 inch utility board underneath. So the good panel goes on first and then cover with the utility panel. I did the all plywood Mainline like that. worked great.

Hi Alex,
What are you using for fasteners to hold the upper forhead cabinet wall in place? It looks like you used star drive screws, but I can't be sure. How did you install it?

I used this at the pictures. They hold really good in wood. For plywood I use cabinet exterior with predrilling. Today worked on back bank bed support. And cut and painted roof plywood. So tomorrow it the day for roof.

Here is what I have done today. I used planks, made them bendable by half catting them by multi tool, glue and scruing on place.
Here is back done Unfortunately roof is falling in the middle 1/2 inch down! It is not good at all! So started to make stronger trasses I used 2X4 and cut two from... They more stronger, but in need of filing Noe they are ready to be glued to plywood.

Does anyone experienced with PMF (poor man fiberglass)?
Looking for any other available options instead of putting back my old aluminum roof and siding. Is there other ways to have a nice and reliable covering available without paying $$$?
Any input really appreciated.

Anything can be helpful when you glue and in need of something to put on top.

You are making fantastic progress. It looks like it never rains where you live!
You mentioned that you were looking for new aluminum. To me the original skin looked perfectly useable and I think to many people it is very desirable to keep the exterior original if it's in good condition.
If your roof is one piece and wraps around the curved ends, be careful with arching the rafters. Aluminum will buckle if you try to force it around a compound curve. You my want to flatten the rafters a bit at each end and introduce the crown in the roof gradually to hopefully reduce the risk of buckling.

Thank you Mewin62, I already made cures with same planks as it was before, and gradually lifted them until it gets to the roof vent. At the time i got this trailer there was curve down from the age. I don't think the aluminum roof became longer though, just sides moved closer. I just hope that everything would be manageable...Also, I would prefer to place with glue the second 1/8 plywood on top of the rafters. But not sure if aluminum will be long enough for that additional increase in radius.
