Do as Paige suggests; click on the 4th choice, IMG codes. It will turn yellow and say copied for a second or so.
Then, do research on how to make an iPad "Paste". I'm not sure they can... No Right Click.

It's cute but it's not a Westerner LOL.... Way off on that one. My bad. That emblem is probably the name of the dealership...

I don't know what it is but it looks newer than a 57, looks more like a 67. But what ever it is it will make a nice looking trailer. Since you can't find any info on it I would just design my own interior and who will know the difference. Almost all trailers of the same size will have a similar interior.

My guess from looking at the window layout it had a rear dinette that made into a bed with a folding bunk over top of it.

We LOVE it!!! So excited we found it. Yes it looks like there was a dinette in the back with an overhead bunk that slid out. We are trying to figure out how that worked exactly. Ever seen that? The title says 1957. I read some of your posts about restoration, mobiltec, very very informative. We do historic renovations (on structures) so do have good basic skills and equipment but had several "aha!" moments reading the posts and expect more as we go. It's cold and snowy in Kansas City so we haven't rolled up our sleeves yet, just reading up and doing our homework to get ready for spring.

Ok big I'll just saw that you correctly guessed the folding bunk! So how does that look?

Usually the folding bunk is a light weight plywood bunk Around 3 feet wide hinged to the back wall and hinged in the center with piano hinges both places. They usually have about a one by three or four standing up across the open end to keep the mattress and bedding in place plus add strength to the front edge. Then there is a piece of alum angle screwed to the wall on each side to support it when it is let down. When it is up they had two retainers like the old fashion sliding bolts used on doors, one on each side that engaged into a small plate fastened to the wall to hold it in the folded up position. I don't have a picture but if you start looking at interior shots of different trailers you will see one. Also some trailers used a simple pole bunk that was just a piece of canvas stretched between two poles that sat in u shaped brackets fasten to the walls. The max weight cap. of any of the bunks was usually 150 lbs.

Many of the bunks were a lumber frame covered on both sides with paneling to match the trailer. They weren't solid plywood as its appears to say in the post above. Thought I better correct that. Also most had the front board covered with a vinyl material to prevent splinters as you climbed in and out. also they were positioned at the top of the lower windows fastened to the same frame work as the top of the window.

First I think that is a really cool trailer. There are some things about it I love....the turquoise in particular. The fact is still has its original appliances is great, and someday might actually be the clue to someone that recognizes it and can identify it for you. One thing that I do not care for is the location of the stovetop...any layout that places curtains between the burners and the hood just make me cringe. It also must have had a wall-hanging table in the dinette....one that may be used outside as well. I happened across a resource on our state's DMV website, it is a list of all the abbreviations that they use for all the different manufacturers. Under trailers, the list contains 52 manufacturers which started with the letter combo "W-E-S-T". Granted not all are camper trailers, but the fact that is isn't a (known) Westerner doesn't mean it is not a "West Coast", West Ways", or "Westinghouse"... . That may well have been a dealer plaque (and I firmly believe it probably was).... But the remains of it remind me of the photos of the "Bravo" plaque that would have adorned my old "mystery" camper. Along those same lines, the Bravo was only made a couple years, in the early 70's. I would have to agree with Bill about the later-60' and maybe even early-70's dating. Comparing to the Shasta line, they switched over to those awning-style windows in the last part of the 60's. Most all of the 50's models I have seen used either the push-out Hehr windows, or the jalousie-style windows. If I had to guess I would think somewhere around '68-'74...? Maybe? It appears to have a pressure water tank also, and I think those did not come about till the mid-60's....at least in the Shastas.... The one thing that settles it though, is the title. It says it is a '57, so you have (for all intents and purposes) a '57. Case closed, so far as DMV is concerned...

I have a problem with that. Something is wrong. If it were mine I would try to fix it.

I have a problem with that. Something is wrong. If it were mine I would try to fix it. I would also, but not until a.) it is legally in my name, and b.) I have absolute proof of its real manufacture date.
