Hello all, I just got a hold of a Robin Hood. The badge on the door says Robin Hood Trailer Manufacturing Co Pasadena California. I found two separate numbers stamped on the tongue. One says 45 and the other says 0213. I found one other Robin Hood (a 1947) on the internet that looks like mine but is slightly different. Mine has no rear window, the 1947 does. Mine has no rear curb side storage compartment door, the 1947 does. Mine has a slightly different profile curve on the front than the 1947. Any help with identifying the year and any other info on Robin Hoods would be awesome. Here is a link to some pictures. photos.app.goo.gl/fj9KtRqoCMF43vsD3Also, I just finished a restore on a 1963 Shasta Compact so if anyone has questions or would like to talk about it, please let me know. Thanks, O

Second that about the Compact, been looking for one (pre-'64) for years. Love 'em.
Only a guess but I think maybe the "45" in the Robin Hood's VIN may indicate the year, that seems like the case for trailers that old, that the year is included in the VIN. Not so much as years went on.

Here's pics of the 1963 Shasta Compact. Still needs paint and seats upholstered. Please let me know if this link to the photos doesn't work. photos.app.goo.gl/bltCVr8FPnYFvTeh2O

Welcome to the forum! You did a great job on the compact! It's beautiful!
The Robin Hood is a wonderful find and will be a real Gem when finished. Happy restoring to you. Hopefully you will post a photo journal of your progress.
