This is seriously causing me heartburn. The rear skin on Tallulah extends from the mid point of the rear window to the bumper braces. I cannot get it to fit correctly. It is aligned perfectly along the top edge (at the window) and the edges run straight along the sides, BUT at the bottom edge behind the bumper, when I have attached the j rails all the way down, there is a BIG crease in the metal and it will NOT lay flat in order to be fastened. I pulled off the rear window and sheet metal today, checking alignment of everything and it seemed to fit correctly and once again when i attach the screws, there is a huge buckle or crease at the bottom of the panel at the rear bumper. NO WAY can it be coaxed into a semblance of fit. I am stumped. Should I just get a sheet of diamond plate aluminum and form it into shape then paint it to match?

Something is misaligned.... I've had that problem before and even did a video on it. Big surprise eh? LOL...
Anyways, do you have a piece of wood along the bottom that is all lined up and straight? If not that is one of your problems and I show all this in the video so if you have not seen it, let me know and I will post it here.
