It has some water leak issues, but it looks like a great project. I think you should restore it and keep it. The big plus on this one is the Jalousie windows on both front sides. There is probably very little, if any, water damage below those windows. I am considering trying to find a pair of those windows to install in one of my 59 Airflytes. It would solve the poor Shasta design problem. Very nice trailer!

I think everything is there except for one of the globes on the propane interior light. I'm pretty involved with my Boles Aero, so it might be awhile before I tackle this job. All the windows work perfectly and the screens are in good shape. Besides that, he told me I had to take everything stored inside. I'm going to make more selling the antique things that were boxed up than the trailer even cost me. Life is good.

Congratulations! That's a good looking trailer. Ash, which we don't tend to see (at least I don't) here on the east coast.
I think it's a 1400 too, not an airflyte. The jalousie windows on the front sides rather than fixed plate glass, are the key on that (I believe, but I could be wrong).
Good luck with it and keep us posted.

It's definitely not a Deluxe of 19 feet. I've not studied much on the Airflyte Deluxe, but think they didn't use the name "Deluxe" on the Airflytes for very long...
I like it too!

This is a sweet find. I would take as far as you need to to make useful and beautiful!

Oak paneling is a really good match to Ash. I did that in the Kenny but I sanded the entire trailer down and refinished it with amber shellac. Made the oak fit right in with the grain and all and it was the same color in the end.

Here are a couple more pictures. I'm sure its a Shasta Airflight deluxe. I read the brochure posted by Mel. I didn't even notice the 3 way lighting system. Hers another picture showing the 12 volt light and right side.

What is the year on your title? 1962, 1963 or 1964?
