I ran our new Wave3 today for the first time. It warms the camper nicely in the 40s but not with the same force as Mr. Heater which can produce three times the BTUs. Mr. Heater gulps propane (little tanks) and puts out up to 9000 btu. Wave3 up to 3000 BTUs. My guess is the Wave3 would be great raising the temp 30-40 degrees but in Canada or Montana you may want the Wave6. My wife said, "If it's under 30 degrees at night you'll be camping alone!" So I guess I don't need a Wave6.

I have one of these and it works great in very cold weather. If kids are in the camper it would need attached to the wall for safety. On high you will not get a full day on a little tank but when you need 9000 BTU it heats the camper quickly.

I got 5 hours with the Little Buddy Heater on HI on a very cold day. It works, but so spendy...
