i've found a few clues telling me it was made in Canada. i'm not sure how common that would have been back then...

Late to the party here by more than a year... but I also have a 1969 Nomad that I was gifted about 11 months ago. Would love to know if you found a manual or resources to assist in restoring this camper as I intend to do the same!

I can't say I know a lot about Nomad Trailers but they are very well built. But it seems kinda strange to see one 20' and only a single Axle. Very nice. You will enjoy that trailer. Very Sturdy construction. Have fun!

I don't know much about them but they were very popular in the Ohio Indiana area back then there were a lot of them around. Tom Raper in Richmond Indiana might of been a dealer but not sure. I think they were a high end working mans camper, in other words a medium priced rig.Try this for info www.nadaguides.com/RVs/1987/Nomad . This link will let you select year then model then it will give you some specs.

That's a really nice looking camper. It was well taken care of over the years to look that good. I had no idea that Nomad made a 20 foot trailer or that they made them with those edge caps running the length of the trailer on both top sides. Always thought that was just a Kencraft thing. You should have a great time camping in it. Welcome to our mad house...
