Welp...Feebay has a '94 Shasta class C motor home listed now for $9,500.00. Personally, I'd probably start about 10K...anyone else?

Do your homework and find every vintage motor home of similar type and mileage. Use them as comps. I just went thru this with a 54 trailer and finally found enough comps to satisfy the insurance company.
Since Shasta is well know name, go with more popular brands for your comp:
Airstream Holiday Rambler Lazy Daze and of course Shasta
Also, pictures really help. Do you have some showing original condition? Receipts for maintenance, tires, oil changes etc?
