Why so much from independence porcelain? Stove tops and fronts are $99 each. Are you having something else done? Here are my cost's from each. Sam and I have decided that the interior side and top panel of the oven are in need of being redone. There are just too many places where the enamel has come off and those areas are starting to rust. We've put so much into the stove already we want to have it finished completely. I'm trying to decide if we should have the parts powder coated or send them somewhere to have the enamel replaced. I'm worried about the shipping costs to send them to somewhere that does enameling. But also don't know if the place that did our powder coating would have the special powder needed for high heat and if they do is it available in the look the oven is. It's going to cost at least twice as much for enamel as it would to powder coat and I have no idea how much the shipping will be be. My question is to those who have sent this kind of stuff out what kind of shipping did you use, how much did it cost and did you pack it or have one of those shipping places pack it. I guess I'd also like to know if this was your stove and you'd put as much into it as we have so far which way would you go, powder coating or enamel? Also, would you send it to a place that just does the enamel or include the manifolds and grates and send it to a antique appliance restoration place and have everything fixed by a professional? Where did you finally decide to have your porcelain done? Just curious.

Jeff Gaylord is still the contact with them.
