On my 1964 Aristocrat Land Commander, some of the little tabs that hold the window panes in place are gone, so the glass wants to slide down and out, nothing to hold them up. Any good ideas to fix the problem? I have tried to glue them in place with limited success. Thanks for any help.

If the aluminum side pieces are broken off, you can buy replacements from Vintage Trailer Supply. It may just be that you need the silicone rubber tensioners which hold the glass in place. It takes two per slat, one on each side, and they are also available from VTS.

Got my parts from Vintage Trailer and they are great. Spent more time thinking about it then it took to do. Great stuff!
