Hello! hoping to get your assistance. I can't seem to find a replacement sconce or shade like this, this is out of our fairly rare mid 60's Aristocrat Travelier. Hoping for replacement shade, if not then the whole sconce (something with the outlet). Thank you!  |

I found something like that on ebay not long ago. We also have a member who recycles old parts from campers that can't be saved. Send a PM to trailertrasher and ask what he has available.

I will be having a few of these ones available, as I am switching out some of the lights in my trailer, but not for about 6 months, but if nothing works out in the meantime, I will posts them here at the time.  |

Let me begin by saying I am not a purist. I think for the most part the original wall sconce fixtures and shades for each make and model were indicative of the times and if replacements are readily available at a fair price, why not replace in kind. BUT, when I see some of the sconces like the atomic designs in this thread, I would have no problem happily substituting one or more of these cool period sconces in the spot(s) the original sconce for whatever reason has vacated. Vintage Rules, but Mid-Century Atomic is Heir to the Throne in my Camper Kingdom.

So true vintagebruce I have been collecting the best examples of mid century kitchenware, accessories and decor for my trailer and when it's done right you have a beautiful little time capsule on wheels. |
