Ok, I think we have finalized a schedule. We want to make sure you have plenty of time for seeing the sights (even if that is the back of your or your little ones eyelids). Sorry for the long post.
Final schedule
2014 Riverbend Rally
Thursday Afternoon
Anytime Arrival
Check in with the campground and wagon master (Doug & Marcy at site F1)
5:30-6:00(tbd by campground)
Fish Fry @ the pavilion - bring your own drinks, plates, silverware and a side to share.
We will do the fish fry at the big pavilion (we still have both reserved if we need them)
8:30pm- to NOT 3:00AM!
Happy hour(s) adult Social ........ Kids are welcome too, just don't forget to put them to bed!
Campsite F1
BYOB drinks, chair, and snacks. We will have a few extra chairs if needed just let us know. Bring a flashlight to help the folks pull in that arrive after dark.

Bring something to share....and plates and silverware.
If we are lucky someone sweet might bring her waffle maker.
w/ FYI Lesson: 110v campground pedestal testing
10:30-11:00am Tricycle races? Or something for the kids
At the pavilion, can someone else bring a tricycle? I think 3 should be good. We have one.
11:00-12:00noon Cornhole
By the pavilion
Who can bring boards? Steve and Diane are bringing theirs, but we need at least one more set. This will probably carry over into lunch.
12:00-1:00pm Lunch Break
Hot dogs and brats sponsored by the Millard Law Firm we will have the buns too, just bring your own drink, plates, silverware, sides, and condiments
1:00-3:00pm Cornhole continued if needed
6:00-7:30pm Dinner and singing session
At the pavilion bring your best potluck dish! And plates and silverware.
Saturday
9:00am Breakfast
Join us in the pavilion bring your own food, you can share if you want, think continental style (minimal work easy clean up for the trailer tour). Bring your own plates and silverware.
Vintage Trailer Bingo-
At the pavilion just after breakfast
10:30 ish - Vintage Trailer Tour
Just after Bingo gather at the pavilion and we will walk the loop.
Free Time - enjoy the local sites and shops
6:00-8:00pm
Dinner & Awards
Pot luck! Lets see your best camping dish and be ready to swap recipes!

Bring your own, we recommend a light breakfast like muffins for less cooking and cleanup.
Check out is around 12noon or 1pm. Please check with the campground.

Country Store Hours:
M-S: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
They offer; Hand-Dipped Mayfield Ice Cream, Candies, Camping Supplies, Souvenirs, Miscellaneous Sundries, Ice, and firewood.
Bathhouse:
Clean, modern bathhouse with private showers and dressing room. The bathhouse is heated during cool weather. Each sink is equipped with power outlets for shaving, hair dryers etc.
And.. As Doug and I are well aware, they also have laundry facilities.
A Note about Meals:
All meals and drinks are bring your own or share except the fish fry, please bring a side dish to the fish fry, a dish for the pot luck, and the breakfasts. A few of the same dish is fine, as we will have around 35-40 people attending. Please bring you own fine china and silverware. We will try to have extras just in case.
