I somehow managed to start a local vintage trailer club in the last 24 hours, and now I am being asked when we can have a rally! Aaahhh!
It all started, when I came across an ad for a Fiberglass trailer rally in my area. In small letters it said, "and vintage trailers are welcome." Well this was the "bolarama, rally" which is attended by boler lovers from all over the world as Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, my home town was the home of the boler inventor and factory etc. So we have more of them than anything else.
After talking to the organizers I found out they have opened it to Tin Cans the last couple of years and a few come. So then I mentioned the rally on Facebook, and then it turned into me starting a Manitoba Vintage Trailer lovers group on Facebook to get the information out there, and then people who are restoring trailers are already finding the group, and now they want to have our own rally!
So just wanted to say that you have all truly infected me with a special kind of madness that once you have it... it becomes a lifestyle from which there is no escape!
