I'm trying to source .032 aluminum in Buffalo, NY to re-skin the front/top/back of my 13'x7' trailer. Seen here: www.flickr.com/photos/thomasmarks/albums/72157666808347995/with/26161371682/Are there specific names for this kind of sheeting that I should be searching or asking for? Would camper/RV dealers be able to help me? This is really the single largest hold-up for me getting started on this project. I'd really like to find something a couple inches larger than 7' so I could use J-Rails. Any thoughts on nomenclature/terms I should be searching for, or standard pricing for standard panel sizes, or recommendations in general would be greatly appreciated. I'm also trying to figure out how the seams are attached - the existing skin seems to have some sort of specialty fold put into the ends that "hooks" onto the next sheet, creating a watertight seal. Is there a name for this? Will shops add these seams in?
