I'm thinking about trying out a flush trim aluminum cutting router bit with bearing so I can just put a square piece of aluminum on the side and route the complete circumference of the trailer around the curbing for a perfect match. Here's just one link to them. Not very expensive and think of the time it will save. Also it's how they did it in the industry... and perhaps still do?
