In case anyone needs a quality 6v golf cart battery at a great price, according to a customer service person at East Penn Mfg/Deka Batteries, the Duracell EGC2 6v golf cart battery I bought at Sam's Club (http://www.samsclub.com/sams/duracell-golf-car-battery-group-size-egc2/prod3590220.ip available East of the Mississippi) is the Deka EG15. The only difference is the label, as they come off the same production line. With the Deka label it costs in the neighborhood of $190, online. At West Marine, they are $239. At Sam's Club (in Scarborough, Me.) they were $108 each including taxes and with trading in old batteries, IIRC. I ran across this information about them being the same battery in a cruising boat forum, while searching for proper charging voltages (which I haven't found yet). They are 7"W x 11-3/4"L x 16-1/2"H, and weight 63lbs each. I'm liking mine so far, especially with the solar panel hooked up.
