Rich I think I remember a shelf like board running across the rear that looked added on at the bottom of the window if so the A/C may be bolted to that.

Hello Bigbill good thought thanks but it's not attached to that. It will definitely help as support to the rear wall for the unit. But it seems like he built that window frame around the unit. Not sure. I tell you half my surprises come from the rigging of the previous owner. Lol. I figured out the rear wall was in fact bowed inward from the sagging over the years much like you see in the front of many trailers. So I got that fixed some but I refuse to take the whole trailer apart just to get the 2 skins to match perfectly. I'm just gonna have to do something that will make the trailer sound as well as watertight. Thats all I care about. I'm not an all out restorer, at least I'll never put any silicone on it! Haha
