NOTE: When removing the metal retainers, use care! They are very difficult to replace. Great advice. I took great care taking them out then got sloppy by leaving them on a bench. My sister almost sat on the retainers. My heart skipped a beat as she missed them by 3 inches. Dumb, Dumb, Dumb. Vikx photos and Mobiltec videos never covered leaving them on a bench. So it's really not my fault.

A few final photos you might find helpful. Putting the glass back in is easy. A full explanation of the steps can be found on the Mobiltec videos listed above. But for those who just need a few photos, here you go. I cleaned the edge of the frame, where the tape goes, with paint thinner to remove and remaining residue. Use a little gutter sealer as suggested above in the corners to be safe. Once it's dry, wipe it down one last time with water and let it dry. Place the glazing tape on close to the edge (thanks Mobiltec) THEN peel off the paper backing. Spray some Windex on a paper towel and wipe the edge of the glass where it will come in contact with the glazing tape so it's slightly damp and moveable (thanks vikx). This will make placement easier. Then pop the glass in place leaving a little space around all four sides. Place the bottom and top retainers in placing the metal to metal edge first then sliding the back of the clip against the glass so it clicks in place. Then do the same with the side clips. You're done. Thanks Gang for the suggestions that made the job easier.
