As the title says, I'm looking for some 12v LED puck lights to flush mount on the underside of the kitchen upper cabinet in my 1965 Aloha. I found some marine lights that I like, but thought I'd throw this out there to see if any others have been down this road. Link: www.apexlighting.com/led-puck-light/

Thanks turbodaddy. I was looking at the VTS puck lights but like the ones I posted better as they can be flush/recess mounted, use replaceable bulbs and can be dimmed if I use a dimmer switch, which might be kinda cool. I built a new cabinet with a false bottom just so I could use recessed lights. I also plan to add a pair of LED reading lights above the gaucho behind the rear windows and am shopping for those as well. The chrome lamp with the glass shade looks good too. $pendy though. www.apexlighting.com/reading-light-led-or-halogen/These from VTS are OK but are bigger than I'd like www.vintagetrailersupply.com/Cone_Shape_Light_p/vts-609.htm

Good looking light, I did not know they made a led bulb that could be "dimmed" as of yet.

Rintin,
The puck lights from VTS are only about 3/16", I'll try to post pixs of mine. I consider them flush mount, with wiring hidden inside the cabinet. I have 3 above the gaucho, that provide just the right amount of nice clean white light, another 2 above the sink / galley. I can't see any reason for a dimmer 'cause the amount of light is just perfect. Also, regarding the "spendy" reading lights...they will most likely last longer than me,they are really nicely made and the light they project is very bright. Led lighting is (in my opinion)revolutionary.Low current draw and very long life.

Although I will likely not go in the same direction you did, your input really helps in my decision making. I know 3/16" isn't much but I really want a full recess with only a flat trim ring. All my lighting will be LED. Two reading lights behind the gaucho, two under the kitchen cabinet and I plan to re-fit the ceiling fixture above the dinette with LED's. I'll have a couple 110v receptacles but see no reason for 110v lighting.
