I saw this sitting in a field and thought it had an interesting look. I have not close enough to look inside yet. Let me know if you have any ideas as to what it is. Thanks!

No idea… but it looks to have either a clerestory or 'pop-up' type top. I would don HAZMAT clothing before entering that thing! Looks like its been exposed to the elements for a few decades.
Also noticed it has a latch handle in the middle of the back end… probably a fresh air galley (and reason why there's no rear window.) Kind of a teardrop design on a full size trailer… interesting.

My guess is it is a home built unit.

I think it's probably somebody's bug-out shelter. Seriously, it's odd looking. And yes, thanks for sharing.

Food for thought for homebuilders. You don't necessarily have to try and duplicate a canned ham shape. When you are done, it will still be a homebuilt. Have some fun with it like this builder did. Someone lost a lot of corrugated roofing from their pole barn for this camper project. I also noticed there is a towing ball at the rear. Oh what fun watching this being towed to the lake, with the boat being towed in tandem behind it. Or judging by the siding, maybe it is the loser in an Airfloat design contest.
