What is that huge cargo door all about?? Cellar door, maybe? It seems like it is solid, square, and in decent shape, but of course photos can always be deceiving. I'm never impressed with interior paint and always find it suspicious. I would suggest being very observant of things like frame, wood framing, and interior odors. Bring your ice pick and a tarp to lay underneath it. Pick out every detail. And perhaps most importantly, don't go into negotiating with a "solid" number in mind. The only thing you want to be aware of is what the largest number you would pay is....even if it is the asking price. If you start out at 33, you might find later that 26 may have done it.

Thanks for advice. I was wondering about that door as well, but when I looked at other pictures of aristocrat land commanders online they all seemed to have that sime size door.

I am very suspicious of this trailer. First of all, the roof is COATED. That is a sure sign that someone tried to stop leaks rather than fixing it right.
The exterior paint is white everywhere; edge trim, eyebrows, front shield arms, even clearance lights. A fast and dirty job.
Without photos of repairs, this one has been fluffed to sell. Take your time and be very aware. Land Commanders rot at the skirts, back and front. I'm guessing it still needs that addressed.

jir...I suggest you heed both vikx and Ten's advice. You should never have to coat a roof of a camper if it is fastened together and edges sealed properly. Big DANGER sign imho. Take your ice pick and after your ice pick inspection, nit pick. The pristine white paint is hiding some secrets methinks. If you do decide you want to buy it, point out the negatives and definitely don't start the offer above $2k and don't exceed $2500, again imho.
