As far as the 12-V, this is the only original 12-V fixture in the trailer. This is the other end of it in the upper cabinet. The wires were connected to a 6-V Eveready lantern battery, with the screw connectors on the top. It is not dependent on any other plug or connection.

That makes a little more sense and it's a little less intimidating. I'm looking around these pics trying to figure out ideal places to put outlets. The walls are too thin to recess them in. Underneath the top cabinet over the sink looks like a good place to build a box for that and I could combine that with some 12v under-cabinet LED lights and a pair of USB outlets so that there's one all-in-one box that's not obtrusive.
Seeing the trap and the drain plumbing under the sink is actually funny to me just because all that was under my sink was a 1" clear plastic tube that was attached to the sink with a radiator clamp and run out past the wheel well!
I suppose I should put a thread in a different sub-forum, but I would very much like some Airflyte measurements taken to help with the rebuild if that would be possible.
