Our 49 Trotwood doors and windows have cooper screening on them, and we'd like toaintaon that look. The problem is we can't find any place that still handles the copper screening, so does anyone have a contact for getting some other than buying 100' roll?

Mc Master Carr, "on-line hardware store" has the Copper Screen, and they also stock Galvanized Screen required for the early Hehr Standard windows.
Maybe you could buy the big $$$ 100 foot roll, and sell me the leftover "dirt cheap" for my 1948 Spartan, which also has copper screens, LOL

I'll split it with you and anyone else that wants 'vintage' screen. If we get enough we all will get what we want at a reasonable price. Anyone else?

I just don't have current access to my trailer because it's stored "off site". As soon as I can measure the windows, I'll let you know what I need and we can take a look at the order quantity.
Mc Master Carr is a really great source for many materials.

Very tempting, but might look funny on a Shasta.

Very tempting, but might look funny on a Shasta. It does not stay bright copper colored very long. It turns to an Antique Bronze color when exposed, but "looks correct" on a 1940's trailer.
Sometimes you find old trailer's with good copper or bronze screen, but very dirty from years of smoker's. I have seen good results from taking them to a "good blaster" and having them media blasted. They don't always need to be replaced.
