I'd like to get a small breaker box that holds 2 15 amp breakers. Where can I find that item? Most of the ones I see online are very large - I'm looking for something just big enough for the 2 breakers.

I ordered one online from Menards and then found one almost identical at our local Lowe's.

New circuit boxes are easy to find at many locations. Using a new box will allow you to use "new style" circuit breakers which are usually a fraction of the cost of the early style circuit breakers. The last time I "tried to do the old box thing", I ended up buying Three breakers at $25 each, compared to the $7 to $10 each, normal cost. The cost of a box is very nominal compared to the cost of the circuit breakers that you will need to purchase. Installing only a two circuit box is short sighted. If you install a four circuit box (almost the same external size), you will be able to add one or two circuit breakers when you choose to add an additional accessory circuit in the future.
