I love it, I saved the pictures so I can refer to them when we get some property in the future. It is a great guest house setup! I liked that you planned for climbing plants with the trellis and that it's drive through. Beautiful job!
love old cars, old houses, old furniture, old people and of course, old trailers.

Thanks for all the nice comments folks. We have used it as an at-home camping spot, giving our 4 year old granddaughter her first taste of camping. She also likes to have tea parties for her snuggle buddies. Now we have flowering vines growing up the trellises. And, when the house is full with guests, we have our own place to escape to. It really was fun to build. The challenge was to create racking stability with the drive through design. It took 60 mile/hour winds just fine, though it blew the hung canoe out of the building.

I bet you spent more $$$ on the shed than the camper trailer.
I was thinking before cold weather gets here I need to do something. Maybe I can throw together a pole building frame with lumber then throw a blue tarp over it to keep out rain and snow. I have 9 solar panels I can put on top to power the trailer with 120 volts at 135 watts. It will be enough power to run 2 light bulbs 60 watts each. Then I can go out there in 15 degree weather freeze my butt off and have light.

wisconsinjoe The heck with just the shed from the pictures I think I like the entire area including the shed. Seriously...I'm sitting here in California in a lot about the size of that workshop. Of course, I haven't touched snow in a few decades, so I might reconsider come December...

I was researching the plethora of information on VTT and didn't realize Joe's sharing of his camper shed was over 8 years ago. Does time fly when you are having fun?
I felt it deserved a repost.
Cheers,
Rod
