OK, I don't have a photographic memory and sometimes suffer from old timer's disease even at the young age of 55 (forgetfullness and wandering away from the main road, lol)
Mobiltec's "how to rebuild/restore" old trailer VIDs are the best out there, period. I couple his videos www.cannedhamtrailers.com/ with killer pictorial webpages like this vikxtrailers1.shutterfly.com/ to learn and really see what I need to do, and, how to do it! I'm pretty handy with carpentry tools but this vintage trailer thing is a whole new ball park for me.
Sooo, since I can't have a VID in front of my face while in the heat of trailer repair battle, I watch mobiltec's VIDs that apply to where I'm at in the process, make notes that I can reference, and head to work. This does a few things, it both gives me an immediate reference on the project at hand, and, keeps me on track (see old timer's disease above) (:u)In addition to my notes, I create elaborate pics that give me a visual. Here's my brief notes with borderline french artist quality pics for my next move on old Dottie. Please note that I reference the mobiltec VID that I'm working off/from, in the notes for follow on reference in case I wander off the road, in this case Shasta 7A. This works very well for me. RJ

Uh OH! Might be some copy write infringements on proprietary content there! Not for republication without written authorization. Be Careful! (smirk)

Uh OH! Might be some copy write infringements on proprietary content there! Not for republication without written authorization. Be Careful! (smirk) LOL I don't think there is much to worry about. Drawings and stick figures are hardly copyright infringements... As in any other educational setting, taking notes is part of the class. In some of my videos I even assign home work... You may leave your apple on my desk on your way out.
