Doesn't look like a Shasta. Pictures are a bit blurry/dark. Earlier than 68, no upper clearance lights front and back. Possibly added the front protrusion? An oddity, for sure.

It has a Shasta emblem on front, but anybody can buy that and add it. I thought maybe it was Shasta Super but I can't find any that look like it.

This one passed through ebay a couple months ago and sparked the same discussion, although I can't find the thread here. I've seen photos of it floating around other places as well since.
In the first photo, notice the vertical seam in the siding below the side forward window...it appears to be an Astrodome that someone added on a rather large dinette area to, pushed the front wall and that window forward, and eliminated the "dome" bunk over the hitch frame.

Ten, I thought the same thing, but the one we discussed looked more glamorous than this one a lot more glamorous. I was wondering if it was the same one that some one bought and is now reselling.

Looks like there is another Club to join...along with the Cutters Club, now we have the Adders Club. It looks like a plausible solution to remedy that awful protrusion on the forehead of astrodomes...ADDERS RULE!

The "addition" certainly lends a lot of space to the interior, noticing the closet in the rear portion for the bath now is turned across the cabin. First thing I would worry about is the framing and how well it will hold up over time...obviously can't be worse than a leaky bunk. Second, this addition has to really add to the tongue weight. Beefy truck springs would be a required part of the equipment.
