Top of the Morning. I am writing this from inside our 1958 Airstream Flying Cloud. This has been our rolling home since February 26th 2014. We have traveled from Lincoln City OR down the coast of California, to Mulege' Baja Mexico, through Arizona, New Mexico, and are now in Gunnison CO for a Vintage Airstream rally.
We are having a blast being Vintage Gypsies and retired.
When I figure out how to post photos I will show off our trailer. We have had it for 6 years. It was owned by a couple who went on a Wally Byam Caravan to Mexico City in 1960 and one to Western Canada in 1962.

We love pictures! And I'd love to hear about how the retired trailer gypsy experiences in Mexico!

We bought a lot in Mulege Baja California, Sur, Mexico. We plan to spend winters there. I think I attached an older photo of tow vehicle and Airstream Dick

Welcome to the board we are headed down to Todos Santos end of Dec/Jan And would love to stop in and check out Mulge. Errol, We would love to have you stop by our place. We will be there when you come through. We are in a neighborhood called the Orchards. After you pass Mulege we are about 1/2 mile south. There is a sign on Hwy 1 on the left. Our place is number 21 on the river. No house. Just the Airstream. Easy to find. Dick Deam

Hey Dick that would be great, we are thinking of staying down the road from you a little south at a good spot on the beach. I have driven to Todos 1 with a friend and a camper in the back so this is will be my first adventure with our 1959 Shasta airflyte (pulling) a camper. I have million ? As to what you might suggest I do before hand to get her ready for such an excursion. Was thinking of flipping the axle it will get me 3" more clearance and put new shocks on her, Please feel free to tell me everything you can that will enable a safe journey as I will have a 1 year old boy and a 4yr old girl with us.
