I am putting the skin back on my trailer and after getting to know her (inside and out) a whole lot better, the way that her front window is placed just doesn't seem right to me. Notice how the window meets the skin right at a seam. Is this typical or a botched repair. I am fairly sure that some of the skin has been replaced as some is bright blue, and some is grey underneath.

I "lowered" the seam on the Cardinal and ended up with cute little trim pieces: My idea worked except for the rough edges needing a little something...

Thanks for the picture Heavy D. It is reassuring. I like the way vikx's lowered seams look. I bet they are a lot less likely to leak, but I will go ahead and put mine back together the way it was originally and dream of new skins. I think I am in the home stretch with this old trailer.
