Ok, I know that some of you are cat fanciers, so you might have some ideas. I had my front and rear skins on the floor, and a feral Tom cat sprayed all over the top one. I didn't know this had happened, so I don't know how long it has been on there, but it won't come off. I have heard that bleach is bad for aluminum, but I even tried that. I really didn't intend to repaint this year.

Use industrial strength cleaner. (Home Depot, Lowes, etc) It will wash right off.

Oh, I just saw this! Did you get it off? Borax and sponge mop will clean it up. Then you can rinse with vinegar.

They sell stuff at the pet store with live enzymes that kill the bacteria in the urine.
Bad kitty! I hate the smell of un-neutered boys:)
