Can eyebrows be added to any trailer, or is it a brand specific thing. I love them and want to add them to my mystery trailer. I have jelousie (spelling?) windows.

I have windows with built in eyebrows but they are square smallish things that just look like part of the window frame. I am adding them on top. They keep water out of your trailer... You can't have to much water protection. Really it is a personal preference thing when you redo a trailer.. Unless it comes to balancing your placement of appliances properly, or flipping your axel. Then BigBill... (Papa of Vintage trailer talk) ... Will set you straight about the dangers involved. With most of the other cosmetic stuff.. Just have fun. The one issue would be that you need something to screw into with the eyebrows.. Hopefully your window framing is high enough to provide that, so don't go too high.

I agree with LadyW,
You have to have "wood" to screw into for eyebrows. They will attach to just skin and the putty helps hold them in place, but there is a risk of the screws spinning in the hole and not tightening.
Also, vintage eyebrows aren't the same as modern RV brows, check at Vintage Trailer Supply for the original style.

It is a tough job but somebody has to try to keep us alive and healthy.

I used a newer brow on my 96 mobile home... Right over the electrical access door which on this home is outside.
