Someone just posted the following photo on the Southern TCT's Facebook page. She's just pulled into camp in Virginia Beach and discovered this. Any advice or anyone in the area who can help? This may be a stupid question, but is it even tow-able at this point?
NO! This is not towable at present. You will need to have frame welded there. Look for a phone number for mobile welder or mobile semi truck/trailer repair in the area and have them come out and weld it after removing the LP gas tank first! Good Luck, what a freaking bummer. Soup

What it really needs is raised up and checked from one end to the other very closely for any other cracks. Also needs someone to figure out why it broke in the first place it doesn't look rusty, it looks more like metal fatigue. If you look closely that looks like a thin wall rectangular tube frame instead of C channel.

If it didn't resemble an Airstream or similar... I'd be saying this was a late 50s Cardinal. Poor lady.
This is a very odd circular break, very clean. Would be interesting to see the other side...
Indeed have the entire frame thoroughly inspected. When a trailer starts to fail, as in floor and framing, it causes the metal frame to tweak and possibly break. The whole trailer should be suspect here.
