Hi folks. Just a heads up that I'm spending today and tomorrow getting the Kenskill ready for sale. I will be asking $6500 for it. Ready to camp park model. Toilet, shower, full kitchen with 4 burner cook top and oven. New condition Norcold refrigerator with automatic switch over. Everything works. Needs a little work on cosmetics. I'll be doing a walk through video tour on it tomorrow and will post the video and photos.

So I'm just curious, what makes it a park model? Full bath? No holding tanks?

So I'm just curious, what makes it a park model? Full bath? No holding tanks? Exactly. I just talked to Richardson's RV and they said they could add tanks to it if so desired. If I were going to keep it I would replace the tank toilet with an eviscerator toilet. They have their own holding tank and another one could be added underneath if desired. It does however have a fresh water tank that is pressurized. That I would change to a regular tank with an electric pump if desired. I would love to restore this trailer and then I could sell it easily for around $23k but I just don't have the time, space and money for it. So someone will get a great deal for a starter trailer that has the bathroom that everyone seems to want.

I love the recessed front windows on the '59 models. I have a '58 the same size as yours in about the same condition. Glad to see another one out there surviving! Looking forward to seeing that walkthough.

Looking forward to seeing that walkthough. Here it is. It is already sold but I am doing a bunch of work to it for the new owner. So I still get to play with it.

Wow that was fast! Congrats, Larry. Yes it did Vikx. Over night... I'm really happy with the new owners. Wonderful people who are also stuck in the 50s. They really like the AM tube type radio that they got with the trailer. I'm happy that I still get to work on it. Wait till you see it in a month.
