I have a 59 Oasis 17-6 all of the plumbing terminates at one valve. I don't know if this is original or not. This is our first camper and we haven't had her out yet. Is it acceptable at camp grounds to run all the sewer together or do I need to seperate grey water from black water? I would love to have tanks but the sewer lines are already below the frame so I can't have them. The water heater is missing and am going with a tankless model I am thinking the Eccotemp FVI 12-lp if you have any suggestions let me know. Thanks Adam www.eccotemp.com/eccotemp-fvi12-lp-tankless-water-heater/

Campgrounds normally require that you dump waste of any kind into the sewer or a holding tank.
Do a little more research into how the trailer works before making decisions. Some toilets are self contained with holding tanks attached. Not the best type, but can work for some.
The tankless water heater will need a chimney and an air supply. I didn't look at your link.

I understand that I was wondering if they needed to be seperated. I can live without holding tanks. The water heater I'm looking at is vented.

Waste doesn't need to be separated. Most vintage trailers normally never had a grey tank, just drained on the ground. The reason for two tanks is that grey water adds up quickly while black doesn't...
Your trailer sounds like a Park model, not a travel trailer, hence the lack of tanks.
To connect to the sewer, you will need traps at every drain: shower, sink(s), etc.
