We ran out of the prep & ready (por15 brand) and the supplier is closed for the weekend. We had enough for half the frame, just need to finish the other half. Anybody know of something similar? Everything at the auto stores had etch primer combined.
This stuff is phosphoric acid and zinc phosphate.

The answer is, when you use any specialized coatings read, and follow the manufacturers MDS sheets. Follow their directions to the letter, and do not mix products. POR15 is a primer that adheres to iron oxide. It must be top coated anywhere the sun will hit it.
