Hey there! I recently acquired a late 50s early 60s Shasta Compact(I think). I got it for a song, and it's in surprisingly good condition. It would seem only the front bottom and rear bottom have any water damage. I guess I'll only know for sure when I get in there though. What I'm not for sure on is what exactly it is. Its 12.5 feet long from tongue to tail and inside it has two canvas bunks above a table/bed and a small port-a-toilet/closet room right across from the entry. Also on the front is a single jalousie window about 2 feet wide. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, but pretty sure that's not a Compact, or a Shasta, even though the description of the inside sounds right for a Compact. The shape is wrong for a Compact and that doesn't look like a Shasta paint job, either, although it looks like a newer paint job. Because of the jalousie windows, I would guess it's a 60-something or very late 50's something.
Also the siding doesn't look Shasta, look at the lines or the brakes in the siding. That can be a clue as to what it is if they are original.

I'm not an expert, but it does look like a can of ham to me. What more can you ask?
Welcome.

Thank you all very much for the input! The title is sorted, In Georgia it's pretty simple. All I needed was a bill of sale and a DMV inspection. The new title states: "Travel trailer, single axle, <3000 GVWR" I also took some more pictures of the interior for the curious. Without further delay: Panorama 1 Panorama 2 To the rear from entry Closet/bathroom To the front from entry Looking through the door. And It doesn't show in the pics, but the floor in the kitchen area is depressed for greater headroom.

Same stove and sink as a Go-Tag-Along trailer.

Welcome to the rubber room. I think you will figure out what it is with a little hanging around here. We have people here who go nuts over figuring this stuff out. To me it has a Forester look but it could be a lot of other trailers. Do you know how thick the walls are? Foresters walls were almost inch and a half thick including the front, top and rear.
Good luck and again welcome.
