I'm in the process of repacking my wheel bearings and found that someone in the past has tried to use a screwdriver to pry off the dust caps and boogered up the cap. Is there any place I can get new ones? My trailer is a '64/'65 Compact.

You might try a junk yard. They are getting harder to find. I've been lucky so far, the threads have been OK.

the same thing was done to our '66 shasta i brought the cap to the local mom and pop auto store here in LA. I was goin to try to buy threaded buddy bearings and the fella that owns the store took one look at the cap and said " you dont need to get rid of those!" he had some type tool that he used to get it back round and a file to straighten the threads and sent me on my way! didnt charge me a nickel! i dont kno what the tool was called but it fit on the inside of the cap and he turned the end of it with a wrench which caused it to expand' kinda like a boat plug would do. knocked it a few times with a piece of wood. he also said they were getting hard to find he was looking for some for his chevy

A common automotive tool is a exhaust pipe expander. It's used by muffler shops to expand the crimp on exhaust pipes and mufflers. It would make the cap round again.
