All right kiddies, here is the Official TEARDROP CITY website TEARDROP CITYWHEN: July 23-27, 2014 WHERE: Fort Chiswell RV Park Max Meadows, VA You thought East Coast Nationals 2010 was a fun packed gathering, you ain't seen nothing yet! We have an amazing, action packed 4 days within the Teardrop City limits. Let's have a GREAT turnout and see everyone in July!! Read the registration form completely. Complete the registration form. If you are going to be camping Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights or any of these nights, send your registration and ALL your monies to Ross Wade and do NOT call the campground. Ross and Carla are going to handle all registration fees, t-shirt sizes AND Campground Registration and campground FEES, as outlined on the registration form. IF you are arriving any other day that is NOT on the registration form you MUST CALL the campground and set up those days only. IF you register and pay the campground direct for the Thursday – Saturday nights you will NOT be in the Tearjerker’s reserved block of sites. If you are arriving early, ie Monday or Tuesday you must call the campground and register and pay for those days only and make sure you write it on the registration form and we will guarantee you are in the same site from arrival to departure. If you do not write on your registration form that you are arriving early you may have to move. We are trying to make it easier for you, us and the campground. We have blocked out the same section as before. We will have teardrops, vintage trailers and lots of FUN Activity's!! Teardrop City Management |

I just got a message from my Canadian friend who is going to be at this rally and I so want to go but I'm supposed to be in Idaho the next week for a teardrop rally. Hmmm.

Ross, I live in VA, three hours away, but I'm thinking about meeting my Canadian friend there. She's probably one of the two attendees you're talking about.

If you were on the fence and missed the May 25th deadline, here is your chance to join us for Teardrop City We are soooo very happy to announce that the Registration Deadline has been extended for two more weeks The finial Deadline is now June 9th. There are still a few sites available for doubling up. So don't delay and get your registrations in The Activity Itinerary is now completed and posted on the Teardrop City website, under "What's Happening and When" section: Teardrop City "What's Happening and When"All campers and trailers are welcome! Hey Jeff, here is the thread for the Max Meadows gathering in July. TEARDROP CITY in Max Meadows, Va.If you can get your registration and monies sent in and I receive it by Wednesday the 11th, we can include your name on the back of your tee shirt. If your registration is any later than that, you can still join us and get a tee shirt, however, your name will not appear on the shirt. We have to get the order to the print company by Thursday of this week. |

Good morning
I am looking for a vintage trailer and have thought a Teardrop would be perfect to pull behind my 1941 Lincoln (daddy's street rod which looks original from the outside). It is my intention to see the USA going to rallies when I retire I have travelled the world as a TWA brat and now at 71 need to see my wonderful country For a woman alone the combination of my vintage car and teardrop going to meet others of like-mind seems perfect. i also have a ouhg friend with whom i am starting a restoration business.
All this by way of asking if I can come to the July rally
I do understand if not Sincerely Janet

For those who were unable to attend, You Missed One Helluva Gathering! As we, Teardrop City Council, always say.....we put in all the time, effort and energy for you....the attendee's! I forgot to introduce them to you all, at the Awards night....so I will do it now: Jeff & Betsy, Jimmy & Peggy, David & Melanie, Eric and your's truly, Ross & Carla.
Just to highlight some of the events:
RIB COOK-OFF: Winner once again....David, Jeff in second, Jimmy in third.
NAME THAT TUNE: Sam won with 17 out of 20 songs, artist and title.
DUTCH OVEN CHOPPED: I won last year and was the first to be chopped this year. Oh well. David went head to head with Lorraine in the dessert round and came out on top. Congrat's to David for a clean sweep in both cooking events
CORN HOLE TOURNAMENT: team John T and Jeff
Between the SCOTCH TASTING, CASH DONATIONS, SILENT AUCTION and the LIVE AUCTION, We raised over $1700.00 for Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital!!
A special THANKS to those who bid HiGH

I was there - the one wandering around with a camera asking all kinds of questions. I don't have a teardrop but wanted to see them in person. Everyone was so very kind and giving. I appreciate it very much.
I have some good picture - well I think so anyway - and wanted to share them but don't know how. Please let
