I was wondering what the longest time anyone has spent on a single piece of wood to make it fit perfect. I spent about 1 1/2Hr. on a piece today just to make sure it fit good. I had to plane it and cut grooves so other pieces would fit correctly.

I spent hours making my back panel curve to the shape of the trailer back end!!!
And today, I spent what seemed like forever just removing one screw!!

And, I have cut a couple of pieces, nailed and screwed them together, pulled them off and cut new pieces. If I ever do this again, it shouldn't take me so long. There's definitely a learning curve here.

I think I get obsessive over things from time to time. The fit can go quickly or take me hours... I like to tinker.
